Police dog Arnie sniffs out first suspect and finds alleged intruder
A police dog who graduated just a couple of weeks ago has sniffed out his first suspect.
The dog named Arnie was called in to help search a large wreckers yard in Evanston South, in Adelaide after security cameras detected a suspected intruder.
Police were called to Main North Road just after 4.30 am on Monday and the area was cordoned off before Arnie went in to scour the business.
He found a man hiding among the vehicles towards the back of the yard, authorities said.
