RSPCA outraged by video of teen blowing marijuana smoke in cat's face
Disturbing footage has emerged of a teenager inhaling smoke from a bong and blowing it in a kitten’s face.
The Snapchat video shows the teen in a black cap taking a puff from the bong and blowing a large plume of smoke at the cat.
It has prompted outrage from the RSCPA along with concern for the cat’s welfare with the belief it may not have been the first time the feline was exposed to the drug.
“It’s not struggling like you think it may,” RSPCA’s Cheryl Doudle said.
“So I am concerned that the kitten may already be under the effects of marijuana.”
