An Adelaide man who pushed over and spat at reporters following his own court appearance has been charged with assault.
The 39-year-old man from suburban Clearview appeared before Adelaide Magistrates Court during a hearing on Monday.
As he left the court, he allegedly pushed, spat and snatched at the microphones of reporters who approached him for comment.
Police arrested the man at his home on Wednesday, charging him with three counts of assault.
The latest charges could leave him in breach of a bond handed down by the court on Monday relating to his initial offence.
He was granted police bail and will face Adelaide Magistrates Court in September.
