A South Australian man has been charged over a fiery crash that killed two people in the state's southeast.
A 60-year-old man and 49-year-old woman died after their SUV collided with a van on Lucindale Rd, about 25 kilometres west of Naracoorte, on Tuesday afternoon.
The collision sparked a fire that incinerated both vehicles, police say.
The driver of the van, a 35-year-old man from Naracoorte, was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
He was arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, and was bailed to appear in the Naracoorte Magistrates Court in May.
