I have been fortunate to build a reputation as one of Australia's most multifaceted media personalities over a 20 year career.
Currently a news/light entertainment/sport presenter with the Seven Network, I have clocked up countless hours of live television experience, and have the ability to cover a wide variety of genres, including regular presentation of The Morning Show, The Daily Edition, 7News, Sunrise and Weekend Sunrise as well as number of sports broadcasts, such as hosting the 2016 Olympic Games, Rugby League World Cup, Football World Cup, Seven’s Summer of Tennis and Horse Racing coverage including the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
Prior to my current position at the Seven Network, I fronted NRL on Fox, Monday Night Football and Super Saturday coverage for Fox Sports, as well as hosting Rugby League’s showpiece event, the Dally M Medal.
Other hosting positions include Network Ten’s Sports Tonight, ESPN SportsCenter, Sky Radio’s Big Sports Breakfast, a weekend sports show on Classic Rock with Wendell Sailor and co-host of The Sunday Session on 2GB for the Macquarie Network.
As a Master of Ceremonies, Television/Audio Visual presenter or corporate host, I bring a multitude of warmth, personality and experience to the role that delivers results. I’ve hosted many corporate functions such as the Sports Australia Hall of Fame, State of Origin, NRL Grand Final, Bledisloe Cup, AFL Grand Final, Melbourne Cup, Australian Grand Prix and the North Queensland Cowboys functions for the better part of a decade. I am also proud to have a long association with the NSW Business Chamber.
‘Ryan Phelan has been the Master of Ceremonies for many high profile NSW Business Chamber events for over 5 years. We always receive excellent feedback from our members and guests regarding his personable manner with many of them asking when he will next be presenting.”
