Russia shells Kherson Oblast; three civilians wounded

Russian occupation forces shelled the city of Kherson and the village of Zmiyivka in Kherson Oblast on the afternoon of Nov. 4, regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin has reported on his channel on the Telegram messenger app.

According to preliminary data, three people were injured in the Russian attacks.

The Russian army attacked the Korabelnyi District of Kherson around 11 a.m. Two people were injured in the city: an 82-year-old woman and an 84-year-old man. They were taken to the hospital.

In addition, the regional authorities reported that Russian invasion forces had shelled the village of Zmiyivka, in Kherson Oblast’s Beryslav District, causing a man to sustain a chest wound.

The victim went to the hospital himself, where he is being provided with the necessary medical aid, regional authorities said.
