To disrupt the voting in the so-called "Presidential election" in Russia, some Russians are trying to spoil ballots already cast in ballot boxes.

One such case occurred in Borisoglebsk, Voronezh Oblast on March 15.

At one of the local polling stations, an unknown woman poured a bottle of a green substance into a ballot box, as evidenced by a video posted on social media.

Similar incidents were reported in Rostov Oblast and Karachay-Cherkessia.

In this regard, the Kremlin-controlled head of the CEC, Ella Pamfilova, demanded that security at polling stations be strengthened.

The Russian authorities were forced to suspend voting altogether in Belgorod Oblast due to shelling and active hostilities amid a raid by pro-Ukrainian units consisting of Russian citizens.
