The number of injured people in the Russian strike on Dnipro increased, regional governor, Serhiy Lysak, revealed, sharing photos of the aftermath on Telegram on June 4.

"He (the injured) is a 37-year-old man, currently in the hospital," Lysak said.

There are now seven known injured, including a baby.

Russian forces launched a missile attack on Dnipro overnight on June 4. The Ukrainian military shot down two missiles over the city. Falling debris damaged civilian infrastructure and ignited a fire.

Among the injured are two children — a one-month-old boy and a 17-year-old teenager. The latter is currently in the hospital in stable condition.
