Rita Ora stuns in daring red sheer gown at star-studded British Fashion Awards
Rita Ora turned heads on Monday night as she attended the British Fashion Awards in a daring red sheer dress.
The Body On Me hitmaker left little to the imagination in the fashion-forward look from designer Nensi Dojaka’s spring/summer 2023 collection.
The designer look featured silver heart motifs around the bust and a completely sheer skirt that highlighted a red thong underneath. Ora completed the ensemble with a pair of strappy red stilettos.
The star pushed the envelope and sported facial prosthetics in the shape of fins. Her facial prosthetics, placed around her eyes and cheekbones, were made even more striking by bleached eyebrows, simple eye makeup and red lipstick.
In her Instagram Stories, Ora credited British makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench for her look.
Ora led the fashionistas on the red carpet at Royal Albert Hall, and was joined by the likes of Florence Pugh, Simone Ashley, Tilda Swinton, FKA Twigs, Lily James, and Lila Moss at the star-studded event.
Elsewhere, the 31-year-old opened up about her husband Taika Waititi for the first time publicly on The Jonathan Ross Show last month.
At the time, the singer discussed her spouse Waititi, 47, whom she secretly married this summer, as they prepared for their first presenting gig together at the MTV Europe Music Awards, becoming the first couple to lead the show in its history.
Speaking about their hosting gig, Ora told host Jonathan Ross: “I hosted it back in 2017 but now I’m hosting it again. But this time, Jonathan, I’m co-hosting it with Taika, my partner.
“We’ve never worked together before. It’s nice to be able to do something fun with my favourite person. We’re the same person. It’s nice to find someone that you can have fun with, work with, and respect each other’s work.”
Ora began dating Thor: Love and Thunder director Waititi in March of last year.
The pair were reported to have tied the knot this August in a private ceremony in front of close family and friends, as they were seen sporting gold wedding bands around the time.
