Rafael Nadal didn’t have his best day on the court on Tuesday, but it was a bizarre question from a reporter after the game that stirred up the Spanish superstar.
Up against Alexander Zverev at the ATP Finals, Nadal still wasn’t at his best in the 6-2, 6-4 loss.
Appearing to be hampered by an abdominal strain throughout the match, Nadal did not seem to be in the mood for too many questions in his pos-match press conference.

But a question about his recent marriage to long-time partner Mery Perello and whether or not married life had impacted his form tipped Nadal over the edge.
Nadal was stunned by the line of questioning, checking to see if the reporter was serious before labelling the line of questioning ‘bull***t.’
“Honestly, are you asking me this? Is a serious question or is a joke? Is it serious?” Nadal replied.
“I am surprised. Is a big surprise for me you ask me this after I have been with the same girl for 15 years and having a very stable and normal life.
“Doesn’t matter if you put a ring on your finger or not. In my personal way, I am a very normal guy.
“We move to Spanish, because that’s bull***t. Thank you very much.
Roger Federer bemoans horror ATP finals start
Roger Federer has likened the rest of his ATP Masters defence to a normal knockout tournament after a first-round loss to Dominic Thiem in London.

Serb Djokovic is aiming to claw back the year-end No.1 spot from Rafael Nadal and match Pete Sampras's record of ending six years at the top of the rankings.
Thiem put constant pressure on Federer and broke at 5-5 in each set to claim his third win over the Swiss this year.
