It’s the public relations offensive that’s seen their latest glossy addition Meghan Markle step out no less than three times in less than 24 hours.
However it’s since been revealed that the Queen’s PR team could be in crisis with news her top two senior aides will be leaving Buckingham Palace.
The Daily Mail reports that Sally Osman, the Director of Royal Communications, and Steve Kingstone, the Queen’s Media Secretary are set to leave Her Majesty’s trusted inner circle.

The news comes following months of scrutiny and attention aimed towards the royal family, with Kate Middleton and Prince William welcoming their third child Prince Louis in April, and Prince Harry and actress Meghan Markle tying the knot in May.
It also comes after criticism was levelled at the Palace’s handling of Meghan’s introduction to the royal family, and particularly how her family struggled to adjust to the harsh media glare in the lead up to the hugely-anticipated nuptials.
With Meghan’s dad Thomas Markle embroiled in a staged paparazzi scandal and causing headlines as he pulled out of walking his daughter down the aisle, insiders say the Palace should have known better.
“In many ways Kensington Palace is to blame for not realising the Markles needed assistance,” royal etiquette expert William Hanson told The Telegraph.
Despite this, the Mail claims there’s no suggestion the Markle debacle is to blame for the Queen’s aides leaving, and instead say it could be a cost cutting measure with a new position – Communications Secretary for the Queen – to replace both roles.
