Qld man hit with bat, another stabbed

A man has been arrested after he allegedly smashed a man across the head with a baseball bat, before stabbing another man in Noosa.

Queensland Police will allege the assaults took place at a Tewantin address about 7.30pm on Monday.

It's alleged he punched a woman, 43, in the stomach and hit a 50-year-old man in the head with a baseball bat before slashing him across the face with a knife.

A 27-year-old man was also stabbed in the arm and shoulder and taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

It's believed the victims were known to the alleged offender.
