'Loved by everyone': QLD fathers, best friends killed in fiery crash
One of the men killed in a horror crash at a raceway in Queensland has been remembered as "always living life to the fullest" and was "loved by everyone."
Kurt Bull and Daniel King died when their vehicle came off the track at the Willowbank course in Ipswich and hit a wall on Saturday night.
Paramedics performed CPR, but both men tragically died at the scene.
Mr Bull, who had a passion for cars and surfing, leaves behing a wife and two young daughters.
"Kurt was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother and everyones best mate... and will be sorely missed by all that knew him," a family statement read.
Mr King was in the passenger seat when the car crashed and leaves behind three children.
"Kurt was loved by all who knew him and lived life to the fullest," friend Saul Geffen wrote on a GoFundMe page to raise money for his daughters.
"Understandably the family are devastated."
His best friend Mr King was in the car with him and his GoFundMe page asked for for people to donate anything they could spare to help the family.
"Daniel has three beautiful children Jett, Tyson and Sophie and his partner Carolyn which are all going through an unimaginable time right now," the page says.
The day before he died, Mr Bull shared a Facebook status asking everyone to "stay safe" during the racing event.
The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating the incident and no one else was injured.
