Terrifying armed robbery in Queensland caught on camera

Police are hunting a man who allegedly threatened staff with a gun during a terrifying armed robbery in Brisbane’s south on Sunday.

CCTV vision shows the suspect storm a pizza shop on Sir Fred Schonell Drive in St Lucia around 2.35am (AEST), brandishing a gun.

The footage shows the man pointing the weapon in the face of two male attendants as they hurriedly empty cash registers behind the counter.

After stuffing the cash into a red bag, the suspect fled the scene on foot.

He was wearing dark clothing and a black balaclava.

No one was injured in the incident.
