A Queensland music teacher accused of abusing one of his young pupils may have had other victims, police fear.
The 39-year-old has been charged with indecent treatment of a child during private lessons at his home music studio in the regional city of Mackay.
Police allege his offences spanned more than a year, and only stopped earlier this month.
They have appealed for further information about the offences or "possible related matters", suggesting there may be other victims
The self-employed man is facing two counts of indecent treatment, one of grooming a child under the age of 16, and one of using the internet to procure an indecent act.
Police say he advertised his music business via social media channels.
Investigations are continuing, with the teacher due to front the Mackay Magistrates Court on August 17.
