A 73 year old Queensland man who crashed his car and allegedly killed a cyclist has been charged by police.
The driver allegedly collided with two cyclists at a Wamuran intersection, north of Brisbane, on August 16.
A 55-year-old woman was airlifted after the crash to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital with critical injuries but later died.
A 56-year-old man was taken to the same hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The driver was not physically injured in the accident.
Police on Thursday said the man had since been charged with dangerous operation of vehicle causing death.
He is scheduled to appear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court on December 2.
