If you’re looking for a new place to call home, or just curious about what’s on the market, Yahoo Finance has put together a list of houses available across the capitals at the $1 million mark.

Kicking off in the nation’s priciest capital, you can get this original terrace house in Dulwich Hill that is going to auction.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom property offers a practical layout with a separate lounge and skylit dining area, as well as a private courtyard - ideal for relaxing or entertaining guests.
