Police seek Hungarian missing since 2010

A Hungarian man who disappeared from Darwin six years ago may still be alive and using a different name, Northern Territory Police say.

Peter Koever was reported missing by his family in July 2010, seven months after he was last been seen in December 2009.

He was 55 then and would now be 61.

Occasionally police review old missing persons cases, and they said it was possible he was using the name Peter Bindr.

Although they would like to speak with him, the circumstances surrounding his disappearance are not suspicious, police said.

Anyone with any information that may help locate him is urged to contact Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
