Police haven't ruled out charging more people over the hit-and-run death of a good Samaritan on Boxing Day on the Gold Coast.
Yatala man Darren Pullar died after he was run over by a car leaving the scene of a home invasion at Broadbeach Waters about 1.25am on December 26.
Police believe the 50-year-old victim had gone to the aid of his neighbours when he was hit by the vehicle.
Eighteen-year-old Broadbeach Waters man Cooper Robson appeared in court on Wednesday charged with two counts of occasioning bodily harm whilst armed in company, one count of attempted burglary and another of possessing utensils.
He was released on bail and will reappear in court next month.
Earlier this week, 17-year-old Alexander Kirke from Varsity Lakes appeared in court charged with murder, attempted burglary and assault occasioning bodily harm.
Police originally stated at least two males had arrived at the property, and it's understood they are still investigating whether at least one other person was involved.
