Plans to build affordable homes and tourism flats
Plans to build 38 affordable homes and 22 self-catering apartments have been put forward in Jersey.
Langlois Homes Ltd has applied to build a mixture of two, three and four bedroom homes on fields in St Martin.
Eagle House Ltd has applied for permission for 22 self-catering tourism apartments in St Helier.
The plans for Eagle House include a rooftop communal space and a reconfiguration of the ground floor space.
Infrastructure and Environment and Environmental Health have both raised no objections to to the application from Eagle House Ltd.
However, concerns have been raised by Jersey Fire & Rescue service which said consideration should be given to the provision of fire hydrants.
The plan for the affordable homes will be advertised until 14 January, with the plan for the self-catering apartments, advertised until 21 January.
