Round 3 PGA Championship leaderboard

It’s moving day at the PGA Championship!

Haotong Li entered Saturday with a two-shot lead over a group that includes Jason Day, Brooks Koepka and Justin Rose. Get all the day’s updates from TPC Harding Park by clicking on the leaderboard above or reading below.

Round 3 updates (all times Eastern)

10 p.m.: That wraps the third round at TPC Harding Park. Dustin Johnson will head to the final round at 9-under and one shot in front of Scottie Scheffler and Cameron Champ.

9:55 p.m.: It was a tough finish for Li, who shot a 73 to end up at 5-under and tied for 13th place. It’s not where he wanted to be after starting the day with the lead.

9:40 p.m.: Brooks Koepka rolls in a much-needed birdie at 18 to finish an up-and-down day with a respectable 69. He’s 7-under for the tournament and well within striking distance of his third straight PGA Championship title.

9:31 p.m.: Cameron Champ ends his day at 8-under. His birdie putt on 18 came up just short, which cost him a chance to be part of the final group to go out on Sunday. Either way, he’s in the thick of it.

9:06 p.m.: Tough stretch for Li, who followed his double bogey with a bogey on 14 to drop him to 6-under. Brooks Koepka has also hit a rut with three straight bogeys on 13, 14 and 15. He’s now 5-under.

9:01 p.m.: Dustin Johnson captures the new clubhouse lead at 9-under after capping a round of 65. He’ll have a shot at winning his second career major on Sunday.

8:55 p.m.: DJ is indeed the singular leader after a Cypress tree apparently ate Li’s drive on 13. He had to take a penalty and re-tee due to the lost ball, which led to a double bogey. Champ duffed a shot from the rough on 15 en route to a bogey himself. Champ is 8-under and Li falls to 7-under.

8:47 p.m.: Well hello there, Dustin Johnson. He just buried his eighth birdie of the day on 17 to join the leaders at 9-under. And he may be alone at the top very soon because both Li and Champ are in trouble on their respective holes.

8:37 p.m.: Birdie putts are dropping all over the course. Haotong Li and Cameron Champ both just moved to 9-under to re-establish the leading number. The field is collectively moving further under par, with several at 8 and 7-under.

8:32 p.m.: Scheffler ends his round with a disappointing bogey on 18 but still turns in a fantastic 65 which matches Collin Morikawa for the best score of the day. Scheffler is the clubhouse leader at 8-under and Morikawa is one shot back at 7-under.

8:14 p.m.: Make that an outright lead for Scheffler! The birdie train continues as he drops one in on 17 to get to 9-under. This could be the round of the tournament.

8:08 p.m.: Scottie Scheffler is a co-leader at 8-under after he goes birdie-birdie on the 15th and 16th. His monster round continues.

8:04 p.m.: Bryson DeChambeau finished his day with a huge bang, nailing a birdie putt from a whopping 95 feet out on 18. That was good for a round of 66 to get him to 6-under. He’s in the mix headed to the final round.

7:58 p.m.: Cameron Champ briefly joined Li at 8-under with a birdie on the 10th, but immediately gave it back with a bogey on 11.

7:35 p.m: Haotong Li bounced back nicely from his first bogey with a birdie on the seventh. He’s back in first place by himself at 8-under. Now here come the toughest holes on the course.

7:30 p.m.: This leaderboard is absolutely packed. A rotating group of four to six players are co-leading at 7-under and there are 19 players within two shots of that mark. It’s anyone’s tournament right now.

7:03 p.m.: Our leader had his first slip-up of the day. Li bogeyed No. 5 to drop to a four-way tie up top at 7-under. As of now that group includes Brooks Koepka, Jason Day and Daniel Berger.

6:47 p.m.: Some updates from earlier rounds: Rory McIlroy bogeyed four of his last six holes to end up with a 71 on the day. He’s even par for the tournament. Patrick Cantlay and Ian Poulter both shot 66 for the best completed rounds of the day. Both are now 3-under for the week, so it might be too little, too late.

6:45 p.m.: Scottie Scheffler is putting together one of the best rounds of the day, thanks partly to this birdie chip-in from the bunker on No. 8. He’s part of a growing group of players at 7-under and one stroke off the lead.

6:01 p.m.: The final grouping of Haotong Li and Tommy Fleetwood has begun Round 3. Here we go.

5:52 p.m.: The action is about to pick up as the contenders begin their rounds. Two-time defending champion Brooks Koepka (6-under) is on the course, and leader Haotong Li (8-under) is minutes away from teeing off.

5:41 p.m.: Things have gone south for McIlroy, who bogeyed 13 and 14 to fall to 1-under. Bryson DeChambeau, on the other hand, is on a roll to start his day as he’s now 5-under for the tournament through eight holes.

4:56 p.m.: Tiger Woods birdies No. 18 — two birdies in his final three holes — to finish the third round with a 2-over 72. Kevin Mitchell, his playing partner Saturday, shot a 2-under 68.

4:43 p.m.: Rory McIlroy birdies No. 10 to get to 3-under for the tournament.

4:38 p.m.: Jon Rahm has three birdies through seven holes to get to 4-under for the tournament.

4:34 p.m.: Rory McIlroy makes the turn 1-under on the day and 2-under on the tournament.

4:32 p.m.: Phil Mickelson shoots an even-par 70 in the third round.

4:31 p.m.: Finally! Tiger records his first birdie of the day to get to 3-over on the day and the tournament.

4:14 p.m.: Bryson DeChambeau makes two nice par saves on his first two holes and birdies No. 3 to get to 3-under for the tournament.

4:03 p.m.: Tiger ends his bogey run but making a fairly long par putt at No. 14.

3:55 p.m.: Emiliano Grillo was 4-under through seven holes Saturday before a double bogey on No. 8.

3:53 p.m.: Patrick Cantlay finished with a bogey-free, 4-under 66 — the low round so far Saturday.

3:51 p.m.: Three straight bogeys for Tiger, who’s 4-over through 13 holes Saturday.

3:37 p.m.: Tiger bogeys No. 12 — his third in five holes — as any hopes he had to contend have vanished.

3:34 p.m.: Rory McIlroy birdies No. 5 to get to 2-under for the tournament.

3:32 p.m.: Jordan Spieth finishes with a birdie at No. 18 but has a round to forget (6-over 76). Playing partner Justin Thomas bogeys 18 and settles for a 2-under 68 after his strong start.

3:22 p.m.: Another bogey for Tiger on No. 11 as he drops to 2-over on the day and the tournament.

3:13 p.m.: Jon Rahm nearly holed his approach shot on No. 1 and tapped in for birdie to get to 2-under for the tournament.

3:11 p.m.: Tiger’s putting woes continue as he misses a relatively short birdie putt at No. 10. He settles for par.

3:08 p.m.: A disappointing bogey for Justin Thomas on 16 leaves drops him to 3-under for the day and 2-under for the tournament.

2:56 p.m.: Tiger Woods makes no birdies on the front nine. He makes the turn 1-over on the day and the tournament.

2:55 p.m.: Rory McIlroy opens his third round with pars on Nos. 1 and 2. He’ll look to make a move on holes 3-7, where you can get on a birdie run, but the wind is picking up.

2:40 p.m.: Tiger’s par run ends — and it’s not good. A three-putt bogey at No. 8 puts him at 1-over on the day and the tournament.

2:30 p.m.: Rory McIlroy has teed off in the third round.

2:29 p.m.: Tiger Woods burns another edge on a birdie putt and settles for his seventh straight par in the third round.

2:24 p.m.: Phil Mickelson was 1-under on the day as he made the turn Saturday, but at least he had this highlight — an eagle at No. 7.

2:18 p.m.: Tiger Woods has six straight pars to begin his third round and is even par for the tournament.

2:04 p.m.: After two bogeys to start his round, Ian Poulter has four birdies over his next five holes to get to even par for the tournament.

2:02 p.m.: Tiger Woods has five straight pars to begin his third round.

2 p.m.: Jordan Spieth is 4-over through 11 holes Saturday and 5-over for the tournament. Playing partner Justin Thomas is 4-under through 11 and 3-under for the tournament.

1:49 p.m.: Tiger Woods just missed a birdie on No. 4. Four holes, four pars so far Saturday.

1:33 p.m.: A second-straight bogey for Justin Thomas drops him to 3-under for the day and 2-under for the tournament.

1:32 p.m.: Three holes, three pars for Tiger Woods. He remains even par for the tournament.

1:23 p.m.: Two holes, two pars for Tiger Woods. He remains even par for the tournament.

1:19 p.m.: Justin Thomas’ stellar run ends as he bogeys No. 8 to drop to 4-under on the day and 3-under for the tournament.

1:11 p.m.: Tiger Woods parred the first hole.

1:08 p.m.: Another hole, another birdie for Justin Thomas, who is 5-under through seven holes and 4-under for the tournament — four shots off the lead. Playing partner Jordan Spieth also birdied the seventh but he’s 3-over on the day and 4-over for the tournament.

1:01 p.m.: Tiger Woods has teed off in the third round — and found the rough.

12:56 p.m.: Make it four birdies in six holes for Justin Thomas, who is now 3-under for the championship — five shots off the lead.
