The body of a man has been found after a boat capsized during a Sunday morning fishing trip off Tasmania’s southeast coast.
The boat overturned off Marion Bay, near Hobart, and authorities rushed to help about 7am on Sunday.
Two other men were rescued by a nearby fishing boat and have been treated for mild hypothermia, police said.
All of them had been wearing life jackets.
The man’s next of kin has been notified, but no personal details have been released.
A recovery effort for the vessel is still occurring at Marion Bay and a report is being prepared for the coroner.
