Part of A45 closed due to 'incident'
A major road has been closed in both directions while emergency services dealt with an "incident".
Northamptonshire Police said it shut eastbound and westbound carriageways of the A45.
The closure is between the Wilby Way roundabout, in Wellingborough, and the Riverside junction, in Northampton.
The force said the road would be closed for some time and advised drivers to find alternative routes.
