Spearheaded by The Princess of Wales, and supported by The Royal Foundation, the theme for this years' 'Together At Christmas' service is the importance of love and empathy, and how much we need each other, especially during the most difficult times of our lives. The service also highlights remarkable individuals from across the UK who have demonstrated extraordinary kindness, empathy, and support within their communities. The Only Love Can Hurt Like This singer admitted recording at her home for podcast Mad, Bad and Sad was quite chaotic with people coming and going at any point — including herself.

Single mother-of-two Faith, 43, opened up her house as the setting for her new confessional podcast and had to walk out and leave the Spice Girl when she realised she was late for an appointment.

The Sweatpants singer appeared on The One Show on Tuesday, 14 January to tell hosts Lauren Laverne and Alex Jones all about the new podcast she is launching. Faith revealed: "It's a new podcast, it's at my house and I have people come over and then I talk to them about a time they've been mad, sad or bad, 'cause I've sort of been accused of being all those things loads of times in my life, and I'm a bit like, really? Aren't we all?"

"At one point as well, like I was filming with Mel B and I even left her in my house cause I had to go somewhere and I was like, 'I'm late, just shut the door behind you.' And just sort of left her there.

"So it's quite a kind of like warm feeling and everyone's invited and everyone who comes over, they're like, can I have a look round and I'm like, yeah, just walk around, whatever." She went on: "It's quite fun as well - because it's my house, people drop in, so I've got like my mum in it and then friends come in, someone's kids come in at one point. Like there's there's a bit of everything and I get them all involved and people ask questions, so it's quite nice."

Other guests on the podcast, launching on Tuesday, 28 January, include Alan Carr. Faith said: "Alan and I together and we're just like the naughty kids in the class."

Bang admitted on The One Show: "This is gonna be embarrassing because I knew the thing about the apple on my son's head and all that, but I perhaps thought that he was part of a circus, travelling around Switzerland shooting off his sunset for money or something.

"So it was only when I learned that it was actually a part of a much, much bigger story, a freedom fight of the Swiss people sort of defending themselves, And when I found out about that made it obviously much more interesting. But, yeah, I wasn't very educated on that.

"I read it and I was like, this is really, this is such a crazy good development for a character. And then my wife read the script and she was like, 'It's a massive action movie!' and I said, 'No, it's not.' It's about this guy and him being forced to do this.

"And then I sort of really read the whole thing as what he goes through rather than... so I was caught a little bit by surprise when I started finding out that 'Oh my God, I have to do all this and all the rest of it!"

Co-star Ellie Bamber admitted revealed the hardest scene they had to shoot was a fight scene on a boat during which they were constantly sprayed by "freezing water canons". She said: "We trained without that, and then suddenly we were put in situ, and it was so slippery, so wet, and we were kind of like falling, flailing all over the place. And we were drenched for three days. It was fun. It was chilly."
