Osher Günsberg's cheeky clapback after fans slam The Bachelors
The Bachelors host had a racy comeback to those criticising the show.
The Bachelors host Osher Günsberg has not held back after fans slammed the reality show after it struggled to rate in the top 10 Aussie programs.
As we approach the finale of the 2023 season on Sunday, Osher took to Instagram to share a snap of him standing alongside bachelors Felix Von Hofe, Jed McIntosh and Thomas Malucelli.
"Yes, I thought I'd be taller in real life too," he captioned the photo.
"Here I present to you Jed, Felix and Thomas – the towering humans searching for love amid the turbulent, jet-ski filled waters of the Gold Coast canals – and me.
"We're nearing the end of this spectacular season of The Bachelors."
As The Bachelors 2023 premiere only pulled in 309,000 metro viewers in January, it became the franchise's lowest season opener yet.
Fans flocked to Osher's post to question the show's success, which sparked a risqué comeback from the host.
"I didn't even know this show was still a thing," one commented.
"It sure is. and so is your mum's mobile number," the host clapped back.

Another comment read: "Come on man. Don't be salty at everyone. The show sucks. You don't. The show does."
"For you perhaps, however for hundreds of thousands of others – it's excellent," Osher responded.
"Different people like different things. Like your mother for example. She likes people that aren't your dad. Just trust me on how I know that one."
One fan labelled Osher's joke as "cheeky" while others defended the show.
"Loving the multiple bachelors this year," one said.
"I think them having each other to lean on through the process is a big win."
"I’m loving this series Osher!" another commented.
"Best season yet. Don't want it to end already," a third added.
According to TV Tonight, The Bachelors was the 12th most-watched show with 299,000 metro viewers on Tuesday night, 277,000 on Monday night and 249,000 on Sunday.
