A range of children’s Oodies have been recalled over safety concerns due to fire risk.

The ACCC issued a product recall for six different prints in the kids beach Oodie range that have been sold nationally online for just less than a year.

The regulator found that the product did not contain a fire hazard label and therefore did not comply with mandatory safety standards for children’s nightwear.

The recall includes six prints – the blue tie-dye, charcoal, fruit faces, avocado, happy flowers, and stripes.

It also only relates to those sold between September 29, 2022 and July 2023.

If a consumer purchased one of these products, they are urged to stop wearing it immediately and contact the brand.
