She was travelling on the motorbike with her father, and the pair fell off when they rode over a sandy patch. The young woman was then reportedly run over by a large truck in a near-death accident.

Rabi remained conscious during the accident and the subsequent rescue, explaining later on social media that she felt like retching and was unable to move her left leg at the time.

“When the lorry passed, nobody saw it at the time, only I felt it,” she told her 72,300 followers on Instagram via video from her hospital bed.

“Nobody believed me. But, when I arrived at the hospital, the doctor said that the lorry really passed over me and I broke 28 bones.”

The young woman has thanked her admirers for their well-wishes, telling them from hospital: "It wasn't my time. Everyone who comes here in the room is shocked by what happened to me."

The influencer's agent has informed local media that Rabi's condition is stable: "Now, she will undergo a series of operations to try and regain movement.

"The accident was very serious, but she was promptly attended to and, thanks to the hospital's impeccable service, she is no longer at risk."
