Olivia Newton-John’s daughter Chloe Lattanzi has revealed she has dissolved her dermal fillers and is planning on having her breast implants removed.

The 36-year-old, who had body dysmorphia, shared that she’s embracing a more natural look after years of undergoing cosmetic procedures, which she likened to an “addiction”.

Speaking on her Instagram on Monday, she shared: “It’s an ongoing process. I’ve had the fillers removed from my face. When I had it done, I had body dysmorphia, so I had very low self-esteem.

“I think I started doing [fillers] about 10 years ago. My face looked very puffy and strange. There’s a product called hyaluronidase that can take it out, it basically dissolves it, which is an ongoing process that I go through.”

Lattanzi added that she regrets getting breast implants aged 18, after previously admitting she had undergone a subsequent two breast augmentations to fix her initial “botched” boob job.

Explaining how low self-esteem impacted her decisions, she said on her social media: “When I had my breasts done I had very low self-esteem. I also wasn’t aware.

“I trusted anyone in a white coat, and I wasn’t aware that there was any side effects or consequences. I’m actually looking into removing them. It does cost a lot of money.”

Lattanzi also claimed that her lips have been “permanently stretched out” from years of using dermal filler and will never be the same again.

She continued: “With my lips, I had them injected so much that they are permanently stretched out. Not that this is anyone’s business, but it hurt to see some of these comments and I just wanted to educate people.

“You can believe me or not, but it’s the truth. From having them filled so much, they’re just stretched. I haven’t had them done in years.”

The star added that she was in such “a dark space” when she first started having cosmetic procedures that it became an “addiction” and she didn’t take the risks into consideration.

“With addiction, you know it’s bad, but you have such low self-esteem you take the risk,” she shared.

“And if I knew these were bad for me back [when I got the work done] then I still would have done it. I need to feel like I was good enough.”

Captioning her lengthy video, Lattanzi penned: “I’m not perfect. I continue to make mistakes with my diet and my choices.

“It doesn’t mean I’m not trying every day to do the right thing for my body. This is called addiction and low self-esteem, which I battle every day.”

Lattanzi has previously spoken publicly about her battle with an eating disorder. She has also discussed abusing cocaine, alcohol, and antidepressants prior to checking into rehab, in a 2013 interview with the Daily Mail.

Her plan to embrace a more natural appearance comes after the death of her mother, Olivia Newton-John, in August aged 73 following a decades-long battle with cancer.
