WATCH: Another wild road rage brawl erupts in peak hour traffic in NSW

Another violent road rage brawl has erupted on a Sydney road just one day after footage emerged of a man delivering a sickening blow to a female driver’s face.

In peak hour traffic on Tuesday a verbal altercation quickly descended into an ugly brawl in front of shocked southwest Sydney commuters.

At least four men can be seen fighting at the corner of Centenary Road and Douglas Street in Merrylands.

Passengers and drivers from two separate cars quickly emerge throwing a flurry of punches and kicks.

At one point a man in high vis clothing launched a running fly kick as another pulled a man’s shirt over his head and delivered a sickening blow.

Police say they are investigating the incident but no formal complaint had been made.

Meanwhile detectives are now calling on any witnesses from the Monday's road rage assault in Lake Munmorah to come forward.

Dashcam footage shows a man approaching a woman at Lake Munmorah and punching her in the head as she stood next to a vehicle.

It's been claimed she was throwing items at the man's vehicle prior to the alleged assault.

Throwing some virtual punches of her own, the woman later took to Facebook to taunt her attacker.

“Hit me right in the jaw, hahaha doesn’t hurt one bit," she said.

"Wanna hope I never find you ... Still standing didn’t even hurt mate.”

But Inspector Rod Peet on Tuesday said whatever happened in the lead-up was no excuse for violence.

"There was quite a clear assault there and there was a victim in relation to that," he said.

Police were still yet to speak with the man in the video late on Tuesday evening.
