A woman wanted on outstanding warrants has been charged after allegedly leading police on a car chase through Sydney's west with officers deploying road spikes to stop her erratic driving.

Police activated their lights and sirens when they spotted the 29-year-old woman, with a 36-year-old male passenger, driving a Mercedes-Benz erratically in Hinchinbrook on Monday night.

When she failed to stop, a pursuit began and the pair was soon arrested in nearby Green Valley, with the woman now facing charges including driving while disqualified and Skye's Law (police pursuit) while the man has been released pending further inquiries.
