Pregnant mother filmed kissing partner hours before she was found dead at family home

A pregnant mother of two has been found dead just hours after CCTV footage captured her kissing her partner at a bowling alley.

Hayley McClenahan-Ernst spent Saturday night bowling with Max Spencer before she was found dead in her family's Kingswood home in Sydney's west.

Police allege Spencer had breached an AVO by seeing McClenahan-Ersnt. It’s believed she suffered trauma to her head before her death.

Spencer’s lawyer Ben Archbold said his client claims McClenahan-Ernst fell and hit her head.

“This is a difficult time, this is his partner,” he said.

“There are no winners in this matter.”

Spencer pleaded not guilty in court on Monday over the alleged AVO breach, but was refused bail.

No one has been charged in relation to Ms McClenahan-Ernst's death.

McClenahan-Ernst’s family have been left devastated by her death with members of the community laying flowers out the front of the family home.

Her family described her as “a very cheerful girl and loving mother,” and “she put smiles on so many faces.”
