'I don't want Muslims coming here': Selfie cam catches Bob Katter rant on video

A Sydney man has accused Bob Katter of "racist vibes" after appearing to catch the MP on video saying he did not want Muslims in the country.

In the video, shared on the young man's Facebook page on Friday night, Katter is bailed up at a NSW pub and accused of being racist.

"You don't like much, do you really?" the man, who says his name is Kev, asks the Federal Member for Kennedy in the selfie recording.

"We're nice to you white blokes, I think we are," Katter replies.

Kev then quizzes the MP about his political affiliations, asking: "Are you in bed with One Nation or what?"

"I don't want any Muslims coming here, ya know," Katter appears to saying on the video.

He immediately backpedals, telling the camera: "I shouldn't say that."

Kev then asks the MP: "You don't want any of them coming here at all do ya, Bob Katter?"

Katter then denies his claims, telling Kev "that's not what I said", then accuses him of "telling lies".

"You're a liar," Katter can be heard saying on camera, before he disappears out of frame.

Still recording, Kev laughs and tells the MP to "Go f*** yourself, mate."
