NSW patient records found dumped in bin

NSW Health is investigating whether hundreds of public and private hospital patients received follow-up care after more than 700 medical records were found dumped in a bin in Sydney.

The documents, found outside an apartment block in Ashfield on April 11, included letters from specialist doctors to general practitioners regarding appointments between December 2016 and January this year.
