Shots fired at residential home in Sydney's southwest
Police are appealing for information after a shooting in a residential area in Sydney's southwest Monday afternoon.
Police were called to the Fairfield West area after 4.15pm following reports a number of shots were fired from a vehicle at a residence on Maud Street.
There were a number of people inside the residence at the time but none were injured, police said in a statement.
However, one vehicle outside the home was damaged.
Police have established a crime scene and forensic investigators are examining area.
