Evacuations following reports of CBD building fire
At least eight people have been evacuated from a CBD building this morning following reports of smoke coming from the eighth-floor.
7News understands the incident involved an air-conditioner inside the building on Clarence Street.
Fire crews were alerted some time around 8.30 on Tuesday.
Motorists have been warned to expect delays along Clarence Street at Erskine Street, as traffic is using the bus lane.
