A truck driver has been charged over a crash that killed a woman on the NSW north coast.
The 43-year-old woman's car collided with the truck and another vehicle on Solitary Island Way in Coffs Harbour on Tuesday morning and she died at the scene.
The other drivers and passengers were treated at the scene for minor injuries and were taken to hospital.
Officers from the Crash Investigation Unit and heavy vehicle inspectors have investigated the smash and on Wednesday NSW Police said the truck driver had been charged.
His licence was suspended and he was granted conditional bail before an appearance next month in Coffs Harbour Local Court to face charges of dangerous driving occasioning death and negligent driving occasioning death.
