A NSW bus driver for people with special needs has been denied bail after allegedly sexually and indecently assaulting one of his teenage passengers.
Police allege the girl was assaulted by the 51-year-old bus driver while alone with him in the vehicle earlier this year in Sydney's southwest.
He was on Tuesday denied bail in Bankstown Local Court, where he was deemed an unacceptable risk of not appearing and endangering his alleged victim or other community members.
The man faces two counts of aggravated indecent assault and one of aggravated sexual assault.
A bus was seized from the Bass Hill location where he was arrested on Monday night.
He is due to appear at Campbelltown Local Court via video link on June 7.
