NSW police officer charged with DV offence

A serving NSW Police officer has been charged with domestic violence and misconduct offences.

Police say a 41-year-old sergeant from the Western Region was issued with a Court Attendance Notice on Wednesday.

He was charged with three counts of stalking and intimidation and accessing restricted data from a computer.

He will appear at Dubbo Local Court on Thursday 17.

His employment status remains under review.
