A police officer has been charged with manslaughter after a crash with a motorcyclist on the NSW Central Coast.
The 49-year-old male sergeant was charged after an investigation into the crash which killed a 28-year-old man when a police car collided with his motorcycle in Blue Haven on April 16.
The officer was charged with manslaughter, dangerous driving occasioning death and negligent driving occasioning death.
The officer, whose duty status will be reviewed, was granted strict conditional bail to appear before Gosford Local Court on October 30.
