NSW man touched children at pool: police
A man is accused of sexually touching four girls while they were swimming at a pool on the NSW South Coast.
Police say two girls - aged 11 and 9 - were swimming at a pool in Kiama on October 3 when a man swam close to the girls before touching them on the leg area.
The girls left the pool and reported the incident to staff and police.
A second incident occurred on October 8 where police say the man approached two girls - aged 11 and 10 - swimming at the same pool and allegedly touched them underwater on their back and legs.
This incident was also reported to staff and police.
Detectives arrested a 77-year-old man on Tuesday at Lake Illawarra Police Station.
He was charged with six counts of sexually touching a person without consent and was granted conditional bail to appear at Kiama Local Court February 1.
