A NSW man charged with sexually touching a young girl near Wollongong will be back in court on Tuesday.
Earlier this year, detectives from the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad began investigating reports a 14-year-old girl had been sexually touched by a man known to her.
They arrested a 22-year-old man at a home near Wollongong on August 18.
He was taken to Wollongong Police Station and charged with five counts of sexually touching a child between 10 and 16 years.
It will be alleged in court the man sexually touched the girl on multiple occasions between January and April.
The man appeared at Wollongong Local Court on August 18, where he was granted strict conditional bail to reappear at the same court on Tuesday.
