UNVEILED: Australia’s 100 most-loved online retailers of 2019

Woolies tops the list of Australia’s most popular online retailer, according to a new ranking by e-commerce resource site Power Retail.

The ranking, which revealed the top 100 online shopping websites Aussies love most found the two supermarket giants topped the list, with Woolies beating Coles by a few points.

They were followed by deals website Catch and online clothing retailers ASOS and The Iconic taking fourth and fifth place.

However several brick-and-mortar stores featured in the top ten, such as Kmart, JB Hi-Fi, Myer and Target.

The ranking assessed the online retailers based on a number of metrics such as search capabilities, time spent on site, accessibility, delivery options, payment options, and more.

Aussies spent $21.3 billion in online shopping in 2018, up 18.7 per cent from the year before, according to research by Australia Post.
