Nat makes Libby Koch’s Christmas ham glaze

Each year Nat makes this ham glaze for her family and now you can, too!

Ingredients

- 1 and a half cups brown sugar

- 2 tablespoons dry mustard

- ¾ cup honey

- ½ cup orange juice

Method

1.    Peel rind off ham but leave enough fat on.

2.    Crisscross the fat.

3.    Pour over half the glaze then wrap in foil

4.    Bake for 1 and half hours at 150 degrees

5.    Baste and increase heat to 200 degrees.

6.    Baste every 10 mins for 30 mins.
