Police are seeking help to identify a man admitted to hospital in Melbourne weeks ago.
Victoria Police said the man did not have a wallet or any identifying documents with him.
Hospital staff have also been unable to communicate with him meaning they can’t figure out who he is.
Due to him being unidentified, hospital staff can’t access his medical history to ensure he receives the care he needs.
He’s been described as average in height and build with grey hair, blue eyes and a full beard. Police have also released a photograph of him.
