The girl from Texas, US, has suffered the strange ailment since she was 11 years old.
“It started with, like, a white discharge from her eye,” her mother told local outlet ABC13.
The family has consulted multiple medical experts, but none have been able to diagnose the illness.
The girl’s bleeding stopped for about a year, however, it resumed this week.
She has been bullied for her illness and the family has purchased an emotional support dog to help the youngster.
“If there’s a doctor or someone that can help, it would be a huge blessing,” her mother said.
