Mum's dangerous find inside quilt ordered off Amazon

A woman has made an unsettling discovery inside an item she purchased off Amazon for her daughter.

Posting in a Facebook group, a woman from the US shared a series of photos of the sinister item sewn in to the comforter she ordered online.

She explained the quilt was for her daughter and she felt something sewn into it when the package arrived.

The woman had to remove the stitching to get the mystery object out, which turned out to be a rusty, crude blade.

A screenshot of the “luxury comforter” she ordered said the item was “currently unavailable” on Amazon.

A few people suggested the woman contact Amazon and get a refund.

“You need to call them and tell them ASAP!” one person said.

“Definite refund!”

Several others said they had seen a few posts where people had found crude blades with their deliveries.

One person was just thankful the mother found the blade before any harm could come to her daughter.

“Free shank included to help you defend yourself against the monsters under your bed!” someone joked.

“Rusted by a professional to give it more character and scare your demons back into the darkness.”
