Multiple people shot and wounded in New York
New York has been placed on a citywide alert after three people were shot and wounded, according to reports.
A crime scene has been formed at an intersection in East Harlem, Manhattan, where multiple ambulances are also in attendance.
Fox News reports police have mobilised a “level one” response, saying the status of the gunman remains unclear.
No fatalities have been confirmed at this point. Police are reportedly investigating whether the incident is gang related.
