A woman will face court over a fatal crash in Sydney's northwest.
A 41-year-old male passenger died at the scene of the North Richmond crash involving two vehicles in the early hours of Saturday, according to NSW Police.
The drivers of both cars, a 22-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman, were admitted to hospital with serious injuries.
Police on Saturday charged the 40-year-old woman with several charges including dangerous driving occasioning death, negligent driving occasioning death, dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and not keeping left of a dividing line.
She was refused bail ahead of a scheduled appearance at Parramatta Local Court on Monday.
