A 13-year-old Sydney girl who went missing after a medical appointment has been found six days later in another state.
Emily-Rose King, from Sydney’s northern beaches, disappeared last Thursday after attending a medical facility in St Leonards.
Police put out a public appeal on Wednesday morning, urging for assistance in locating the missing teen.
At midday on Wednesday, Emily-Rose was located safe and well in Brisbane by Queensland Police.

It is unclear how she travelled more than 900 kilometres to Brisbane.
Police have thanked the public and the media for their assistance.
