Metropolitan Police officer charged with sexual assaulting two female officers
A serving Metropolitan Police officer will appear in court charged with the sexual assault of two fellow officers.
PC Saif Iqbal will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, June 26, charged with seven counts of sexual assault.
The charges relate to two women and took place between October 2020 and November 2021 while the officer was both on and off duty.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said both women are police officers.
PC Iqbal is currently suspended from duty.
